Yasu, a Japanese angler, went to Alaska to enjoy salmon fishing in June 2001. He got King salmons and sent some pictures.

He enjoyed salmon fishing on the Karluk River on the Kodiak Island. He is a fly fisherman and got some nice King salmons.(photo 1,2,3,4) Salmons were big and very beautiful.
He always ties his own flies. He also made his salmon flies in Alaska. These are his favorites.(photo 5)
Photo 6 shows a nice landscape of the river mouth of the Karluk. Every morning he went to fishing spots on the boat with his friend. (photo 7)
He and his friends enjoyed salmon cooking and dishes with American anglers.(photo 8)
Outdoors in Alaska are great. I want to go there and enjoy fishing.
